We are doing Inventory updates in our warehouse from September 20 to September 30 and will not be answering the phone or emails.   Additionally,  orders will not ship until the 1^st week of October.  Thank-you for your patience and understanding!

If there is any problem with the item please call us at 574-264-5575. We solve all issues.

Before returning an item you must contact customer service at 574-264-5575 to obtain a return approval (RMA number). If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you. If needing to return an item contact us with-in 14 business days of item being received.
After approval you will need to return all packing materials & merchandise in new, unused condition.

Buyer pays return shipping and 20% Restock fee (25% For Free Shipping Items) will be charged for ALL orders.

*30% restocking fee for fender skirts.

Manufacture defective items (or DOA) must be reported within 4 days of the date of delivery. We will replace the reported items with new ones.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned packages will be charged return shipping.

Items that are shipped free, if returned, a refund less our original shipping cost will be given.
Refusing a delivery is not an acceptable way to return it. All returns must be pre-approved. Refused packages will be treated as an unauthorized return and will be charged 5% restocking fee + double the shipping cost (the carrier is charging us for both ways). Make sure we authorized your return.

Order Changes and Add-ons

If for some reason you need to change your order, whether it be you ordered the wrong size or wrong product, you will first have to cancel the order and re-order the right size or product.
